01 Definitions

02 Eligibility

You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. kc999 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Deposit Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast are typically credited within 15–30 minutes during banking hours. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon one blockchain confirmation. Bitcoin deposits are credited upon three blockchain confirmations.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. kc999 does not accept deposits made using payment methods registered to third parties. Any deposit traced to a third-party payment source will be refunded and the associated account will be subject to review.

05 Withdrawals

kc999 is committed to fast, reliable withdrawal processing. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests made by Members:

06 Bonuses & Promotions

kc999 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to a kc999 account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be withdrawn. The specific Wagering Requirement applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all kc999 bonus funds must be wagered and any associated withdrawal made within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically without compensation.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all game types contribute equally toward meeting Wagering Requirements. 07 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on kc999. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within the relevant game or sportsbook section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: kc999 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on markets where a technical error has produced incorrect odds, bets placed after the official result of an event has been determined, and bets from accounts identified as engaging in professional or syndicated betting activity.

• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake values apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. kc999 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits where patterns of professional or arbitrage betting are identified.
• Winnings Payment: Verified winnings from real money play are credited to your account balance immediately upon settlement and are available for withdrawal subject to the verification requirements in Section 5.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kc999. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities:

• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to kc999 by any person under the age of 21, including sharing your account credentials with a minor.

• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not available to regular manual users.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback, dispute, or reversal through your payment provider after funds have been credited to your kc999 account. Chargeback fraud will result in immediate permanent account suspension and pursuit of legal recovery of all disputed amounts.

This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute kc999 content in any medium; reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from kc999 software or systems; use kc999 branding, logos, or trademarks in any context outside of the platform; or screen-scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from any part of the kc999 platform.

Any unauthorised use of kc999 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kc999 shall not be liable to any User for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use the kc999 platform.
• Loss of data, account information, or game history resulting from technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events outside kc999's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, even if kc999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, blockchain network congestion, or banking system outages.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency system repairs, or infrastructure failures affecting kc999's hosting environment.

kc999's total aggregate liability to any individual User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that User to their kc999 account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection
